Refund Policy

We want every woman who buys The Becoming Her to feel it was worth it. If the guide is not what you hoped for, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions, no hard feelings.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one:

• visit paddle.net and look up your order with the email you used at checkout, or
• reply to your Paddle receipt email and ask for a refund, or
• contact us and we will guide you through it.

Approved refunds return to your original payment method. Paddle's Refund Policy governs the processing of refund requests.

When a refund is completed, your access to the member area ends and the licence to the PDF is withdrawn — we simply ask you to delete any copies you downloaded. That is the whole of it: no fees, no penalties, no awkward conversation.

If something went wrong technically — a broken link, a file that will not open — that is not a refund situation, it is a “we fix it right now” situation. Reach out and we will make sure the guide reaches you.
